These terms apply when you create a Hexlist account or use the Hexlist app and website. By using Hexlist you agree to them, to the Hexlist Licence and to our Refund Policy.

1. What Hexlist does

Hexlist is a desktop app that creates product listings on Alibaba.com from your product sheet, and — when you ask it to — fixes, activates, finishes or edits the listings and drafts already in your Alibaba.com account, using your own Alibaba.com seller account in your own Google Chrome. Hexlist is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Alibaba.com.

2. Your account

• Give correct details when you sign up and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One account is for one business. You may use client profiles in the app to post for your own clients.
• You sign in to Alibaba.com yourself. Hexlist never asks for, sees or stores your Alibaba.com password.

3. Prepaid balance and prices

• Hexlist is paid from a prepaid balance in US dollars. The smallest top-up is shown on your account page (currently $10).
• You pay a fixed price for each listing that goes live on Alibaba.com — currently $0.50, or the price agreed for your account. Drafts, failed and skipped products are free. A draft Hexlist made that is posted later (by Hexlist, or by you on Alibaba.com) costs $0.40. If you ask Hexlist to fix and activate your inactive Alibaba listings, each one it activates costs $0.30; each live listing it raises to a score of 5 or more costs $0.50; each other draft in your Alibaba account it finishes and posts costs $0.30; and each listing you change with Edit my listings costs $0.40 (free for listings Hexlist posted for you). Nothing is charged for a listing that doesn't go live, a live listing that doesn't reach 5, a listing Alibaba.com is still reviewing, or a change Alibaba.com refuses.
• Top-up bonuses (currently +5% from $1,000, +10% from $2,000 and +20% from $10,000), free-trial codes and promo codes add free extra balance when we confirm your payment. Bonus balance has no cash value. Each promo code has its own conditions, may be limited in number of uses, and can be withdrawn.
• We may change prices and bonuses for the future; a change never affects listings already paid for. Your balance does not expire.
• There is a daily limit on the number of products per account, shown in the app.

4. Your listings and Alibaba.com

• You are responsible for your products, the information and photos in your sheet, and for following Alibaba.com's rules and the law. Don't list prohibited, counterfeit or misleading products.
• Hexlist fills missing details with sensible values related to your product and uses Alibaba.com's own tools to improve each listing. Prices and country of origin are never guessed. Please check your listings; you can edit them on Alibaba.com at any time.
• When Hexlist works on a listing that is already live, it submits the change only if the listing's score gets better; otherwise the listing is left exactly as it was. To raise a score it may add details and photos, use Alibaba.com's photo Optimize, replace a main photo Alibaba.com rates as poor with one of your other photos or a free-to-use photo that passed its photo check, and remove a photo Alibaba.com marks as pirated. Listings Alibaba.com is reviewing are left alone until the review ends.
• Hexlist aims for a quality score of 5 or more out of 6, but the score and how listings rank are decided by Alibaba.com and are not guaranteed.
• Alibaba.com can change its website at any time. We keep Hexlist up to date, but some features may stop working for a while.

5. Data

Your product sheets, photos and results stay on your computer. The app sends your account and balance checks to hexacoglobal.com, and while it runs, the progress of the run (how many products are posted and left, how many listings are fixed and left, the name of your list and the product being worked on) so you can follow it live on your account page — only the latest numbers are kept, and anonymous problem reports (the step, the error and Alibaba.com's message — never your product data or passwords) so we can fix problems for everyone. Support chats and payment details are kept with your account.

6. Acceptable use

Don't copy, share, resell or reverse engineer the app (see the Licence), don't try to get around payments or limits, and don't use Hexlist to break Alibaba.com's rules. We may suspend or close accounts that do, and we may hold balance while we look into it.

7. Liability

Hexlist is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Hexaco Global is not liable for lost sales, profits or data, for anything Alibaba.com does with your account or listings, or for indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Ending your account

You can stop using Hexlist and close your account at any time by contacting us; unused balance is handled under the Refund Policy.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms; we'll show the new date here and email active customers about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
