Hexlist licence

Hexlist, including its software, source code, design, templates and content, is the property of Hexaco Global and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Copying, modifying, reverse engineering, redistributing or reselling it, in whole or in part, without written permission from Hexaco Global is prohibited and may result in legal action.

1. Ownership

Hexlist, including its software, source code, object code, design, user interface, templates, documentation and all related content (together, "the Software"), is the property of Hexaco Global and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Software is licensed, not sold.

2. Licence

Hexaco Global grants each subscriber with an active, paid Hexlist plan a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Software on up to two computers, for their own business, while their plan is active.

3. Restrictions

Without written permission from Hexaco Global you may not:

copy, modify, translate or create works based on the Software;
reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, or try to obtain its source code;
sell, resell, rent, lend, share, sublicense or redistribute the Software or your account;
remove or change any copyright or ownership notice.

4. Enforcement

Any copying, redistribution or other use of the Software that breaks this licence is prohibited and may result in your account being closed and in legal action, including claims for damages.

5. Your listings

You are responsible for the products and information you post with the Software and for following Alibaba.com's policies. Hexlist is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Alibaba.com.

6. No warranty

The Software is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Hexaco Global is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
