No monthly fee, no plans. Top up your balance and pay one simple price — $0.50 — for each listing that is posted to Alibaba. Drafts and failed listings are free. For the listings you already have: $0.50 for each live listing raised to 5+, $0.30 for each inactive listing fixed and activated, $0.40 for each listing you edit (free for listings Hexlist posted) and $0.30 for each Alibaba draft finished.

Not always. The score depends on things only you can provide — enough good photos, full specifications, certifications, a video. Hexlist pushes each listing as far as it can — Alibaba's tips, every detail, better photos — and tells you what Alibaba still wants for any that stay under 5. A live listing that doesn't reach 5 isn't charged.
Real photos of your product always work best, and Alibaba.com expects them. If you have none yet, add a link to the product's page on your own or your supplier's website and Hexlist downloads its photos from there. If your photos are in a folder, add the whole folder in the app: Hexlist matches each one to its product by file or folder name. Otherwise it can add free photos from Pexels and Openverse that match each product's name and category (only ones free for commercial use), so you can get listed and swap in your own photos later. You choose to turn this on.
Hexlist tells you exactly what's missing as soon as you upload, and can fill it in for you — category, description, selling unit, minimum order, package size and weight, lead time and keywords — worked out from each product's name, size, weight and other details. Prices and country of origin are never guessed; you add those yourself. Your Excel file isn't changed, and you can check every filled detail in the preview before posting.
Yes. Tick the products that are options of the same item and choose Combine as variants. Hexlist suggests the option name (Weight, Size, Colour…) and the value for each — you can change them — and lists them as one product with each option's price. Split them again any time.
No. After you sign in to Alibaba, Chrome is minimised and Hexlist posts in the background. The app shows the product being listed, each step and its score; click Show Chrome any time to look. Away from your computer? Your account page on hexacoglobal.com shows how many are posted, fixed and left, live.
Open Help in the app or Help & Support in your account to chat with us, report a problem or suggest an improvement. We usually reply within a few hours, and you get an email when we do.
Yes. Click the eye icon next to any product in the app to preview its Alibaba.com page — photos, price tiers, minimum order, attributes, packaging and description — and see anything still missing before you post.
No. Chrome opens on your computer and you log in yourself. Hexlist only works inside the session you open, and you can sign it out of Alibaba at any time from the app.
Hexlist fills in the same form you would, at a steady pace, in your own browser. You stay responsible for your listings, so only post accurate information and follow Alibaba.com's product listing policies — the app asks you to confirm this before every run.
Create a free account, then top up your balance by bank transfer or mobile wallet using the reference code we give you, and send us the transaction details from your account page. We add the funds as soon as the payment is confirmed. Each posted listing costs $0.50, and top-ups of $1,000 or more earn free extra balance; when your balance runs out the app pauses until you top up. See our refund policy.
Yes. Create a profile for each client in the app: each keeps its own uploads, history and Alibaba login. One account can be signed in on up to two computers at the same time.
